The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of RAM Health (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates and subsidiaries, as well as their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household, and any exhibitors, vendors, or media contacts, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein, and you acknowledge that the Sponsor may use information provided by you in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at RAM Health.

Receipt by any winner of a prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Entries must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements as specified to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or entries not adhering to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Only one entry per person is allowed.

Entries will be accepted starting at or about 8:00 AM Central on November 3, 2025, and ending at 5:30 PM Central on November 4, 2025. One (1) winner will be selected to receive the vacation prize. The Sweepstakes winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The total vacation prize value is capped at $7,000. Any expenses exceeding this amount will be the sole responsibility of the winner. RAM Health assumes no responsibility or liability for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims incurred during or as a result of the vacation, including but not limited to transportation, lodging, or activities.

The specifics of all prizes shall be determined solely by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. All prizes are nontransferable except at the Sponsor’s discretion. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its affiliates to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings, or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact information.
